A Gelati is a unique frozen treat that combines our freshly made frozen custard and Italian ice. The combinations of flavors are limitless, so let your imagination and taste buds run wild.

A Gelati can either be layered or blended.

  • A layered Gelati has a base layer of your favorite frozen custard flavor, a middle layer of your choice of one of our 10 Italian ice flavors and a top layer of frozen custard.
  • A blended Gelati has the same portions of frozen custard and Italian ice all uniformly and smoothly blended together for a unique cool taste. You can’t go wrong with either version!
